ForeFront Systems
Facebook and Instagram data deletion
Last updated September 29, 2026
ForeFront Systems posts to a business's Facebook Page and Instagram account only when that business asks us to. This page says what we keep from Facebook and Instagram, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep
- The name and id of each Facebook Page the business connected, and of its linked Instagram account.
- An access token that lets us publish the posts the business approved. It is stored encrypted.
- The ids of the posts we published, so the business can see them in its account.
We do not read or keep followers, messages, comments, or anyone's personal profile.
How to have it deleted
- Remove ForeFront's access in Meta: in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove ForeFront Systems. Or, if you manage the Page in Meta Business Suite, remove ForeFront Systems as a partner under Settings, then Business assets.
- Email support@forefrontsystems.io from the address on the business's account, or from the Facebook account that manages the Page, and ask us to delete your Facebook and Instagram data. Say which Page it is.
We then delete the Page, the Instagram account details and the access token, stop all posting to them, and reply to confirm. Posts already published stay on Facebook and Instagram; you can remove those there.
