Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between your business and ForeFront Systems LLC for the use of the ForeFront platform: the web application, client websites we build and host, messaging, quoting, scheduling, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Clients who buy our services also sign our Service Agreement, which covers billing, cancelling, refunds and ownership in full. Where the two differ, the Service Agreement controls.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in credentials private. Tell us right away if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Your data

Your customer list, quotes, jobs, and messages are yours. We host and process them to run the service for you, and for nothing else. You can request an export of your data at any time, and if you leave, you can take it with you.

Messaging

Texts and emails sent through the platform go to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for having the consent the law requires to contact the people you message (including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and for honoring opt-outs. The platform enforces carrier-required opt-out handling, and we may suspend messaging that generates spam complaints, because carriers penalize every business on the platform for one bad sender.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe, month to month. You can cancel any time; service continues through the end of the paid period. If you ask within 3 days of any payment to us (the first, a renewal, an upgrade or an add-on), we refund that payment; after those 3 days it is not refundable. Ad spend paid to Google, Meta or another platform is under that platform's terms. If a payment fails, we retry and tell you before anything is paused.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the platform fast, available, and safe, and we monitor it around the clock. That said, the service is provided as-is: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are abusive to our staff, or create legal risk for the platform, with notice where the situation allows it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
